Michael MacDonald
Medifast Chairman & CEO; CBN Business Person of the Year 2014 

Michael MacDonald is Chairman and CEO of Medifast, the wellness and weight-loss service company. He joined the Board of Directors in 1998 and previously served as Executive Chairman. Prior to Medifast, he was Executive Vice President of OfficeMax, overseeing that firm’s $3.6 billion contract division. Mr. MacDonald spent 33 years in sales, marketing and general management at Xerox, where he was President of the North American Solutions Group. In that role he led the division’s $6.5 billion turnaround, and the rebirth of Xerox’s corporate brand. He currently serves on the Jimmy V. Foundation and the Archdiocese of Baltimore Catholic Community Foundation.
