THIRD ANNUAL DINNER
May 6, 2014 - 6:30 PM
Martins' Valley Mansion
Join the Catholic Business Network of Baltimore for our Third Annual Dinner featuring keynote speaker Raymond Arroyo, an internationally recognized, award-winning journalist, bestselling author, and producer seen each week in more than 100 million homes around the globe.
As host and creator of EWTN’s international news magazine, "The World Over Live", Arroyo has interrogated the leading figures of the day including a landmark interview with Pope Benedict XVI: the only English language conversation ever recorded with the pontiff.
Arroyo and his work have been featured on "The Today Show", "Good Morning America", "Hannity and Colmes", "Access Hollywood", “CNN Headline News” and other programs. His writings have been published by The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Times, The Financial Times, and The National Catholic Register. Arroyo is author of the New York Times Bestseller: Mother Angelica: The Remarkable Story of a Nun, Her Nerve and a Network of Miracles (Doubleday) and Mother Angelica's Little Book of Life Lessons and Everyday Spirituality (Doubleday).
Also this year, CBNB will present its inaugural Catholic Business Leadership Award
to Medifast CEO Michael MacDonald. The award recognizes Catholic professionals for their service and leadership for Archdiocesan programs and organizations. MacDonald currently serves on the board of the Catholic Community Foundation, and is chair of the upcoming Archdiocesan Gala for Catholic Education, which will celebrate the 225th anniversary of the Archdiocese of Baltimore.
Our event will again be hosted by Master of Ceremonies Jamie Costello of WMAR-TV.
