CBNB is proud to welcome Tom Geddes as our January Meeting Speaker. Tom is a senior business executive and investment professional with extensive experience advising founders, boards, family offices, and senior leadership teams. He is currently a Partner and Senior Advisor at Brown Advisory, a global investment and strategic advisory firm, where he works closely with large complex families on their investment management needs, in addition to advising them on strong governance, philanthropic strategies, and principled leadership.

Throughout his career, Tom has served as a trusted advisor to prominent business leaders, including Kevin Plank, founder, Chairman and CEO of Under Armour, providing strategic counsel during periods of significant growth and organizational change. His work has spanned strategy, public and private equity investments, community and government relations, and stewardship of closely-held businesses.

In addition to his professional work, Tom serves in numerous nonprofit leadership roles, including as Chairman of Partners in Excellence, working closely with Archbishop Lori and Bishop Parker on this important education initiative that has served over 31,000 young people in Baltimore.
