Exploring The Office of Vocations,
Archdiocese of Baltimore
A remarkable 70 seminarians will be enrolled in the Vocations program this fall! Fr. Lenin Suarez, a Colombian born priest from the Archdiocese of Baltimore, will share his insights on the Vocations Office operations, the discernment process and the pillars of formation.
Fr. Lenin was ordained on June 22, 2024, and his first assignment, from 2024 to January of 2026, was at St. Joseph, Cockeysville. St. Joes, affectionately known as Fr. Lenin’s “first love,” provided a great opportunity to him and taught him how to truly be a Priest for all of God’s people. On January 11, 2026 he took on the role of Associate Director of Vocations. His role is primarily to promote the priestly vocation, help discerners say yes to God’s call, and assist Fr. Steven Roth, Director of Vocations.
